We advertise free shipping, but some areas and services may incur additional fees.* We reserve the right to drop ship your generator from the factory. You will be informed of a drop shipment, or additional fees PRIOR to us processing your order. You will be allowed the opportunity to cancel before we process your order.

*In order to keep your costs down and our pricing simple, we provide free shipping whenever we can. However, certain products we offer do carry associated shipping charges either per item or per order amount. If you are shipping an order within CT, we are required to charge 6% sales tax.

Please note that batteries which are shipped with a generator are located on top of the generator and not inside the generator box and are counted as a separate item on the delivery receipt.
