Epic Web Solutions will issue a full refund if and only if the client has paid in error, overpaid or a billing error was made on behalf of Epic Web Solutions, LLC.

All Epic Web Solutions, LLC contracts are on a month-to-month basis. All agreements require 30 days notice to cancel.

If a refund is due, Epic Web Solutions, LLC will issue a refund less a 10% administrative fee in the form of a check within 10 business days amongst successful investigation of the refund. If the refund request is found to be fraudulent, inappropriate or unreasonable Epic Web Solutions, LLC reseverves the right to not issue the refund.
